Meet Dennis
Dennis Sweeney spent 22 years with McKinsey & Company where he was a senior partner. During his years with McKinsey he consulted with clients across several industries, most notably, High Tech (semiconductors and software), Energy, Health Care and E-commerce. He was a co-founder of the McKinsey Digital Practice, and led the practice globally for McKinsey for its first three years. He was also a leader of McKinsey's North American recruiting effort. Mr. Sweeney graduated from Princeton with a degree in Economics and received his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

With a background in strategy and years of experience working across cultures, she specializes in leadership development that is practical, relational, and transformational. Dyan has coached leaders in both non-profit and for-profit spaces, guiding individuals and teams through growth, change, and complexity. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to clarity, resilience, and elevating the voices of women in leadership around the world.
